如果您在Portugal经营或管理工作场所——办公室、商店、工地或工厂——法律要求您在员工中配备足够的受训急救员，以便在紧急情况下随时救助同事。

Portugal的法律要求

The employer must train a sufficient number of workers responsible for first aid, taking into account company size, existing risks and ease of access to external emergency services, and identify the responsible workers. The law sets no numeric ratio: the number follows from the risk assessment.

The law requires adequate, ongoing training of designated workers without setting a duration or content; first-aid training with a practical component is expected. Theory may be completed online, with the practical assessed in person.
